Regular clean, deep clean or move out clean?
What each one covers and which one you need.
Regular clean
The routine upkeep of a home that is already in decent shape: kitchen, bathrooms, dusting and floors. This is the base of our service, and the cheapest per visit.
Deep clean
A longer, more detailed clean that reaches things regular visits skip, such as baseboards, vents, cabinet fronts and grout. Companies often sell it as a separate service. We build it into the schedule instead.
How we handle it
- Your first visit is a reset that covers the regular checklist plus the deeper items, priced at one and a half times the regular rate.
- After that, one area of your home gets extra attention on a rotation each visit, so the house stays deep clean without a big bill.
Move out and move in cleans
Empty homes need a full reset, so they are priced like a first visit. Call or text us with the size of the home and we will confirm the price.
Which one do you need?
- Ongoing upkeep: a regular schedule, starting with a reset
- Guests coming or a fresh start: a one time reset
- Moving: a move out or move in clean
