Prices are for a typical home in good condition. Tax is not included where it applies. If your home needs more time than the size suggests, we tell you before we start, never after.
How the first visit works
The first visit is a one time reset that takes about one and a half times as long as a regular clean. It is priced at one and a half times the regular rate for your home size. Regular visits after that follow the discounted rates above.
One time cleans, such as before guests or after a move, are priced the same way as a first visit, because they also need a full reset.
Add-ons and extras
- Extra tasks, such as inside the oven, inside the fridge or interior windows, are billed at about $60 per cleaner hour, quoted before we start
- Pets: $15 per visit
- Heavily soiled homes may need a reset visit first
Cancellations and lockouts
- Cancel or reschedule free with 48 hours notice
- Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the visit
- If we cannot get in, the full visit is charged
Our guarantee
If something was missed, tell us within 48 hours and we will send someone back to fix it at no charge. We would rather hear about it than lose you quietly.
