How much does house cleaning cost in Charlotte?
How cleaning companies price, what changes the price, and what to ask before you book.
Three ways companies price
- Flat price by home size. You see the number up front. This is how we price.
- Hourly per cleaner. Some companies charge about $55 per cleaner per hour, often with a minimum of several hours, which can put a visit above $200.
- Quote after a walkthrough. Useful for large or unusual homes, but you wait for the number.
In our October 2026 look at Charlotte company websites, posted starting prices for a standard clean of a typical home ran from roughly $150 to $220. Prices change, so treat that as a rough guide.
