Eight questions to ask any cleaning company, and how we answer them.
1. Are you insured and bonded?
Ask for proof of insurance. Accidents and breakage happen, and insurance should cover them. We are insured and bonded and can send proof.
2. Are your cleaners employees or contractors?
Employees are trained to one standard and covered by the company. Ours are W2 employees.
3. Are cleaners background checked?
Someone will be in your home when you are not. Every cleaner passes a background check first.
4. Is there a written checklist?
A checklist keeps the clean consistent from visit to visit. Ours is posted on the What's included page.
5. What happens if I am not happy?
Look for a clear promise in writing. We re-clean at no charge if you tell us within 48 hours.
6. What is the cancellation policy?
Ours: free with 48 hours notice, 50% with less notice, and the full visit if we cannot get in.
7. Do you bring supplies and equipment?
We do. Tell us if you prefer certain products.
8. What is the full price, including the first visit?
Ask for the total before you book, including any minimum. Ours is on the pricing page.
